dsRNA is prepared by annealing two reverse complementary RNA strands prepared by in vitro transcription. This dsRNA is uncapped. It contains all natural unmodified uridine in the RNA sequence. The dsRNA provides a good control for developing dsRNA assay method, or as controls for testing related antibodies. |

Serially dilute the dsRNA to the desired final concentration range. Prepare samples and dilute to the desired concentration. Load both dsRNA standard dilutions and samples into a 96-well ELISA plate and perform the assay according to the manufacturer’s instructions. |
Two samples with known dsRNA concentrations were assayed using the dsRNA Standard and a dsRNA ELISA kit. A five-parameter logistic curve was used to generate the standard curve (top). Measured dsRNA concentration was in good agreement with the expected concentrations (respectively 100.8% and 96.4%) (bottom). »
